This 44,000sf corporate office renovation in lower Manhattan was mainly an interior design project, as we were asked to keep the existing layout for the most part. The open office seating, desks and lighting were also existing to remain so we designed around those elements. We focused on adding pops of color -with wall finishes and furniture throughout, lots of plants to create a more home-like feel, a few new custom millwork pieces, multiple collab zones and curated artwork throughout the floor.

The ever changing commissioned art on the facade and throughout the store allows this space to evolve and creates a timeless concept in the Miami Design District. All fixtures were designed as part of the project and fabricated by the in-house custom fabrication team.
The major 2019 gut renovation of Saks NY included adding The Vault - a Watches & Fine Jewelry department in the basement level. The Chanel WFJ store is centrally located on this floor. This design was executed in conjunction with Peter Marino Architects and is the same aesthetic as the WFJ departments within Chanel boutiques globally.
[In Progress] This is an on going phased gut renovation project for a couple in the Bronx, NY. Working along side the couple to realize their dream home with a focus on adding pops of color throughout a neutral modern shell.
This is the Rag & Bone London flagship store and showroom location. The interior was gutted to create an open plan on both the main level - womens - and the lower level - mens - of the store. All fixtures were designed as part of the project and fabricated by the in-house custom fabrication team.
This one of a kind design for a Chanel WFJ location within the Dover Street Market -LA store was conceptualized based on DSM’s guidelines on finishes to be used. Going off brand for the younger clientele at this high profile location was a must. By keeping the branding subtle - tone on tone logo and the lightly hand painted coromandel pattern on the walls - we allowed for the products to speak for themselves. The overall aesthetic successfully blends the luxurious Chanel vibe with the edgy yet simplistic feel of its surrounding brands.
This design concept was created for the new owners of an existing motel in the Hudson Valley. I was asked to propose ways to revamp the dated motel with a tight budget. Finish changes, new furniture in the motel rooms and added amenities at the motel are some of the key elements of this design approach.
This was the first Men’s only Rag & Bone standalone store at the time. The goal was to create a man cave / bachelor pad aesthetic. All details throughout the store pointed back to this underlying theme - the leather padded wall, custom made bar/cashwrap area, dark walnut finishes and lounge area. The fixtures were designed as part of the project and fabricated by the in-house custom fabrication team.
This Chanel store within Betteridge Jewelers contains the Watches Fine Jewelry store concept designed and developed in conjunction with the global team in Paris. The coromandel screens, angled mirrors, beige gold finishes and tweed carpet are all elements that point back to Gabrielle Chanel’s famous Paris apartment. This was one of eight stores designed and realized with this aesthetic in the US from 2018-2020.
This midwest Rag & Bone flagship store used to be a corner deli and a restaurant. The original coffered ceiling of the VIP room of the restaurant was something we chose to keep and work the rest of the design around. It created a dynamic language that was already embedded in the overall Rag & Bone aesthetic. All fixtures were designed as part of the project and fabricated by the in-house custom fabrication team.
Being located in Venice Beach, CA - the main design driver at this store was to maintain the overall brand aesthetic while blending in casual beach vibes using lighter stained wood, white ceiling elements and sourced furniture that added a pop of color. All fixtures were designed as part of the project and fabricated by the in-house custom fabrication team.
This project was designed for the original site location of the One Hotel - NYC - at Bryant Park. It was put on hold after the DD submission and later re-imagined and constructed at its current location on 58th street - near Central Park. The renderings and materiel boards shown depict the original design intent.
